This last June we went to California with some of our closest friends! We stayed in San Clemente at an amazing beach house, literally 5 houses from the beach! We would walk down to the beach every night to have a fire and roast marshmallows and starbursts, or just to have alone time with our significant other. We went to Newport and rode bikes, got frozen bananas, walked around all of the shops and boogie boarded. At Laguna Beach we played long games of volley ball, got yummy gelato and boogie boarded some more. Laguna was our favorite place to boogie board so we went there 2 days. We would jump the waves, get swallowed by them, and almost drowned a few times.. but it was the time of our lives. We went to San Diego and ate at thee BEST burger place called Hodad's. It was on Diners, Drive in's and Dives. It was simply amazing. And then we stopped at Mission Beach, walked those shops, boogie boarded some more ;), and hunted for sea shells. Jace and I had his mission companion's wedding in Newport one of the days, and I loved getting away with him and going to that. We had so much fun. We all bonded, made memories and had the time of our lives.
